Kundalini

I have recently begun practicing Kundalini and was instantly very attracted to it as it help calm down the hectic life that many of us seem doomed to live. If it seems that you have been sucked into a vortex of chaos and stress, or you just want to find a way of letting the stress fall away from your shoulders for a few moments in the week, then Kundalini could be really helpful for you. It is a very accessible form of yoga and can be practiced by anybody.

What is it ? Kundalini is a form of yoga which like other forms of yoga works with the physical and energetic body to create balance, ease, freedom and ultimately Samadhi. *

A practice of removing any physical or energetic blockages so our energetic orbit is easeful, free-flowing and serene. A return to sacred balance in which our highest-self is our primary operating system.” Brett Larkin

Kundalini involves physical excercises (kriyas) plus mudras and chanting and chakra work. For those who don’t wish to chant, its not mandatory, even if you just listen you will still receive the benefits.

I am currently studying on a Kundalini 200 hours teacher training course with Brett Larkin, and hope to qualify at the end of 2026. I am already incorporating lots of Kundalini techniques into my Vinyasa classes, but will start offering full Kundalini sessions as soon as I complete my teacher training.

If you want to learn more about Kundalini I highly recommend Brett Larkin’s videos on youtube and reading this post: Essential Kundalini for Beginners.
