Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Beginner Classes Starting 15 June 2026

When you book your space online for the first time you will be requested to fill in a Student Health Questionnaire. This is so I can make adaptations to the class to ensure you are safe and comfortable. The form is completely confidential and conforms with UK GDPR.

At the moment I am happy to accept cash payments and in-person payments. If this is you please email beforehand to let me know and will email you a confirmation and the health questionnaire for you to fill in.

In Vinyasa Flow you will move your body into gentle poses or asanas and learn to link your breath with flow. Do not worry if you feel you are inflexible, you will improve every time you come to class. Everybody is welcome no matter what size, shape or fitness level. The aim is for you to end the session feeling amazing: peaceful and calm and ready to start the week!

This is for you if
– are a beginner or new to yoga
– want a class where you will learn the foundation asanas
– want to build your strength, fitness and flexibility in a gentle way
_ want a friendly environment to practice in
– want to feel calm and focused for the week ahead
– want to to pay as you go
